Quick, Easy Keyboard splits for VSTi's on different Tracks

I want to be able to split my MIDI keyboard amongst different VSTi tracks in real-time, for improvisation or rehearsing. I have a solution, but it might not be the most efficient. Step 1) Split my MIDI keyboard to send MIDI Ch.1 on the bottom, and MIDI Ch.2 on the top. (Either on the keyboard, or MIDI-Ox/Bome) 2) Create a duplicate MIDI stream that has Ch1 and Ch2 combined and converted to MIDI Ch3. (Again, using MIDI-Ox or equivalent) 3) Set Reaper to Receive all 3 MIDI Channels of MIDI devices. 4) Set Shortcuts for SWS "Set Selected MIDI Track inputs to Ch.1", and also for Ch.2 and Ch.3. I should be able to select a track(s), then Use Shortcut 1 to set the lower half, Shortcut 2 for the top half, or Shortcut 3 for the full keyboard.

Try this: In the bottom section you can set the keyboard split and MIDI Bus / Channel and Octave changes
